Processing Time:

  • All personalized orders are made with love! Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing before shipment.
  • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard Shipping (5-10 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2-5 business days)
  • Free shipping on orders over $35.00 (U.S. only).

International Shipping:

  • We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location and customs processing. Additional customs fees may apply.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:

  • Mila + Mama Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, reach out to us via email for assistance.

Address Changes & Order Issues:

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We cannot guarantee changes after the order is processed.
  • If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours at sales@ardierae.com for support.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.
